This Refund Policy explains the terms under which refunds, exchanges, or credits may be issued for purchases made through the LIONEL.MKTG website. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this policy. Please review it carefully before purchasing.

PART 1: DIGITAL PRODUCTS
1. NO REFUND ON DIGITAL PRODUCTS
All digital product sales are final. Because digital files can be downloaded, copied, or accessed immediately upon purchase, refunds are not offered once the file has been delivered or a download link has been provided.
This applies to all downloadable items including templates, ebooks, guides, workbooks, spreadsheets, design assets, and any other digital file sold through this site.
Before purchasing a digital product, please review the product description, preview materials, file format information, and any compatibility notes on the product page. Questions prior to purchase are welcome.
2. CHECKOUT CONSENT
By completing checkout for a digital product, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a digital item that will be delivered immediately and that no refund is available after delivery. This acknowledgment is confirmed at checkout.
3. EXCEPTIONS FOR DIGITAL PRODUCTS
A refund or replacement may be issued in the following limited circumstances:
Refunds under these exceptions are at my discretion and are limited to the amount paid for the specific product. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

PART 2: COURSES
4. NO REFUND AFTER ACCESS IS GRANTED
All course sales are final once access has been provided. Courses involve significant intellectual property, including videos, written materials, frameworks, and live instruction. Once you have been given access to the course platform, materials, or first session, no refund is available.
If you enroll in a course and access is not granted within 48 hours of payment, contact me before initiating a payment dispute.
5. EXCEPTIONS FOR COURSES
At my sole discretion, a refund may be considered if:

6. COURSE TRANSFERS
If you are unable to attend a live course or workshop you have registered for, you may transfer your registration to another person before the course begins, subject to my written approval. Please contact me at least 48 hours before the session start date to request a transfer.
7. GROUP AND MULTI-SEAT COURSE ENROLLMENTS
If you purchase multiple seats or enroll a team, each seat is a separate license for one individual. No refund is available for unused seats regardless of reason. Transfer of an unused seat to another individual within your organization requires written approval and must be requested at least 48 hours before the course end date. Seats may not be transferred outside your organization. Duplicate charges on multi-seat orders may be refunded upon documentation of the error.

PART 3: PHYSICAL PRODUCTS AND MERCHANDISE
8. RETURN WINDOW FOR PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
Physical products may be returned within 14 days of the delivery date, provided they are in their original, unused condition with original packaging.
To initiate a return, contact me at store@lionel.marketing within the 14-day window. Do not ship items back without first receiving a return authorization. Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
9. REFUNDS FOR PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
Once a returned item is received and inspected, I will notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to my error.
10. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact me at store@lionel.marketing within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos showing the damage. I will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
11. INCORRECT ORDERS
If you receive an incorrect item, contact me at store@lionel.marketing within 7 days of delivery. I will send the correct item and arrange return shipping of the incorrect item at no cost to you.
12. LOST OR UNDELIVERED PHYSICAL ORDERS
If your order is marked as delivered by the carrier but you have not received it, contact me at store@lionel.marketing within 7 days of the delivery notification. I will work with the carrier to investigate. If the package is confirmed lost in transit, a replacement or refund will be issued at my discretion.

PART 4: INTERNATIONAL ORDERS AND STATUTORY RIGHTS
13. EU, UK, AND AUSTRALIA STATUTORY COOLING-OFF RIGHTS
If you are located in the European Union, United Kingdom, or Australia, you may have statutory rights that cannot be waived by this policy.
Under EU and UK consumer law, you generally have a 14-day right to cancel a digital product purchase, unless you have explicitly consented to immediate delivery and waived your cancellation right before the download began. At checkout, you will be asked to confirm that you agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge the waiver of this right. If you do not consent to the waiver, your order will not be processed.
If you did not consent to the waiver and believe your statutory cooling-off right applies, contact me within 14 days of purchase.
Under Australian Consumer Law, certain guarantees apply to all products and services. Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude rights you are entitled to under the Australian Consumer Law.
14. GOVERNING JURISDICTION
Except where overridden by applicable statutory rights in the customer's jurisdiction, this Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.

Please include your name, email address used for the purchase, order number, and a description of the issue. I aim to respond within 2 business days.
16. DUPLICATE OR ERRONEOUS CHARGES
If you were charged more than once for the same product or order due to a processing error, regardless of product type, contact me with documentation of the duplicate charge. Confirmed duplicate charges will be refunded promptly.
17. CHARGEBACKS
If you file a chargeback or dispute with your bank or payment provider without first attempting to resolve the issue directly with me, your access to digital products or courses may be suspended. Fraudulent chargebacks may be reported and pursued.
18. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
I may update this Refund Policy at any time. The updated date at the top of the page reflects when changes were last made. Continued use of this site after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase governs your transaction.
