Everything is handled virtually. I connect with clients by video call or text, handle all the setup and build work on my end, and you review and approve from wherever you are.
Do you include Local SEO to help people find my site?
Yes. Every custom build includes SEO metadata setup. If you want deeper keyword research or ongoing SEO work, that can be added through a Content System retainer.
What's the difference between the Landing Page and the Multi-Page Website?
A landing page is one focused page built around a single offer or goal. It's great for lead capture, a specific campaign, or getting online fast. The multi-page site is your full home base: homepage, about, services, contact, and more.
Can I sell products on my site?

Yes. Every web project includes baseline SEO setup, so your site is ready to be found from day one. If you need a deeper local SEO strategy, the kind that helps you show up when people in your area are searching, we can build that into your plan.
What web platform do you use?
I build on my web builder, LMWEB, that keeps your site fast, secure, and fully yours. If you ever want a full export of your site files, I can provide that on request, so you are never holding a site you cannot leave with. I would rather you stay because you value the quality versus being locked in to a plan.
How long does the process normally take?
It depends on the piece. Brand Build Week typically completes in one to two weeks, a website build runs a few weeks more, and a marketing retainer is ongoing. I give you a real timeline up front before we start, and you can track every step of the project in a shared board, so you always know where things stand.
What if I already have a logo or website?
The one requirement is a functional foundation. Then we start from what is working and build out, not over. Before we start, I do a quick audit of what you have. If it needs work, I will tell you honestly and we figure out the right path, even if it is not through my services.
